Design Pack
Views, materials, spec sheet, factory quote, safety plan. $250 credited toward production for Production Partners. Free for Licensing partners.

Samples and safety
Factory sample you can hold, testing through accredited labs (ASTM F963 and CPSIA in the US, EN71 in the EU), you approve before bulk.

Production and delivery
We make, test and deliver: to you (Production Partner) or to our warehouse (Licensing).
Ways to work together
Two ways to turn your character into a product.
Both start with a free mockup. Pick the one that fits your goals and your risk level.
Model 1
Production Partner
You sell. We make it.
- Who invests: You. You buy the inventory and you own it.
- Who makes it: We do: design, samples, safety testing, manufacturing and freight.
- Who sells: You, to your own audience, on your own shop.
- Who promotes: You, on your channels.
- What you earn: 100% of your sales revenue. We earn from the production work.
- Order size: Minimum order and unit price quoted per design, after the Design Pack.
- Payment: 50% deposit to start production, 50% before shipping.
- Shipping: Air or sea freight to you or your warehouse. Import duties and taxes in your country are yours.
- Your risk: You fund the stock, so you choose how much to order.
- Best for: Creators who want to own their stock, keep all revenue, and already have a way to sell.
Add-on: TikTok Shop setup available ($400, one time).
Model 2
Licensing
We sell. You promote.
- Who invests: We do. We license your character and pay for all product development and inventory.
- Who makes it: We do: design, samples, safety testing, manufacturing and freight.
- Who sells: We do, through Shopify, Amazon and social shops to start, then more stores and retail as demand grows.
- Who promotes: You tag the product right on your videos (YouTube Shopping, Instagram Reels, TikTok Shop where you qualify) on an agreed schedule, and keep the tags live.
- What you earn: A 10% royalty on net sales (after returns, discounts, taxes and shipping), paid quarterly with a sales statement.
- Rights: Exclusive plush and toy rights for an agreed term. You keep full ownership of your character.
- Approval: You approve every design and the final sample.
- Your risk: None. No upfront cost and no inventory risk.
- Best for: Creators who want to earn without spending money, and who will feature the product on their videos regularly.
